2-YEAR Limited Warranty
- Covers all alCove cove heaters. King Electric will replace any heating element found to be defective for a period of 2 years from date of purchase. All other components are warrantied for a period of 2 years from date of purchase. Warranty does not apply to damage from accidents, misuse, alteration, or if connected to voltage 5 percent above the nameplate voltage, or to equipment improperly installed, wired, or maintained in violation of the instruction manual. All warranty items FOB: King Electric.
- King Electric will not be responsible for any incurred labor charges.
- King Thermostats are subject to a 1-Year to 3-Year limited product warranty, depending on the specific model.

What Do I Need to Receive a Valid 2-Year Limited Warranty?
All alCove cove heaters by King must have been purchased from an authorized distributor in order to be covered by the Product Warranty. After your cove heater is installed, you must complete the online warranty registration form within 30 days from the date of installation.
How Do I Make a Warranty Claim?
alCove cove heaters by King are tested rigorously to ensure they are free of errors. In the exceptional case that a repair is needed – We’ve made it as easy as possible.
